This past year, Peek and Dermot partnered to review leasing data and concluded that Peek significantly supports both the pre-leasing and leasing sight unseen transactions. The data shows that across the leasing of 117 total apartments, 74 apartments were pre-leased, and 36 apartments were rented sight unseen. In the pre-leased category, 82% utilized Peek virtual tour content, while 94% of those that rented sight unseen utilized Peek Virtual Tour content.
